Description
With a diameter of just 18 mm, Mini Tini is a compact spotlight designed for retail and exhibition spaces. The recessed lens ensures visual comfort, whilst the ball joint allows for precise and flexible aiming. Available in two wattages, it offers a narrow 10° beam as well as three wider beam angles — 25°, 40° and 60°. A range of mounting systems — surface-mounted, magnetic and ring-mounted — make it suitable for a variety of surfaces, from shop windows to wooden panels.

Small, yet capable of drawing the eye

At the Dubai International Financial Centre, amidst Damien Hirst’s ‘Marlin & Squid’ sculptures and a reception area carved out like a cave, 18Fifty entrusts Mini Tini with the most difficult task: to disappear.

Its 18 mm diameter and spherical joint allow the luminaire to be recessed into the architectural recesses of the reception area, directing each beam without the light source being visible. In the dining area, the same recessed lighting follows the contours of the sculptures, grazing their surfaces and lending depth to the material.

A light that does not simply illuminate, but creates form. And which chooses to remain invisible, allowing the space itself to speak.
